Yes, I have been on a diet.
 2. WHAT FOODS DID AND DIDN'T YOU EAT?
He ate a lot of protein accompanied
by carbohydrates and did not eat
sugars, neither artificial nor natural.
3. HOW LONG DID YOU STAY ON THE DIET?
I was on a diet for 6 months.
